Meridius Capital is an operations improvement consultancy in SMEs and startups. Also, as a private equity boutique with 100% private capital, we participate in some companies, to which we also offer our consulting and interim management services.

Founded in 2017, Meridius Capital is a company based in Singapore, dedicated to investing in companies, normally newly created where we participate as founding partners, as well as consulting, advice and support both in the companies in which it participates, as well as others third party companies.

The team is multidisciplinary, expert in business start-up, processes and implementation of improvements and business monitoring.

CONSULTANCY
We work in the development, help and mentoring of companies in which we participate, although we can also get involved in third-party companies in specific cases. We do this through consulting or interim management agreements.

INVESTMENTS
We work as venture capital or private equity in different sectors, investing in newly created companies or in companies in different stages of maturity. We do not have a specific target by sector. But if we get involved in the companies where we invest, either as advisers in strategy and operations or with ongoing support through interim management
TEAM
Our team is made up of expert operations staff, with years of real business experience in SME companies.
We organize ad hoc teams for each client and hire and train new staff if necessary.
